I have been associated with A & Z Associates since 2008, beginning my journey in a management role. Working closely with the managing director and director during the early years gave me valuable exposure to senior leadership and helped build a strong foundation for my professional growth.

Over the years, I have gained broad practical experience across the garments and accessories business, including woven labels, printed labels, hang tags, packaging items, and related products. My responsibilities have covered the complete process—from understanding buyer requirements and product development to order handling, production coordination, quality follow-up, and delivery.

Handling urgent requirements, last-minute changes, and delivery challenges has strengthened my ability to make practical decisions, coordinate effectively, and remain focused on customer needs. I also oversee important commercial and banking matters, particularly Proforma Invoices (PI), Letters of Credit (LC), and related procedures.

As Executive Director, I work closely with our GM, AGM, managers, and operational teams, where I strongly encourage communication, trustworthiness, and responsibility.

After more than 18 years, A & Z Associates has become much more than a workplace to me. It is a significant part of my professional life, with a strong family-like connection, and I remain deeply committed to the continued growth of the company and its people.
